<image:caption>Who I am Hi, I’m Emma (she/her). I’m a person, therapist (RSW/MSW), writer, & facilitator living in Toronto. I’ve always been interested in stories—how we develop them and how we’re impacted by them—and bring this curiosity into all my roles. My approach is rooted in my own experiences, research, and anti-oppressive, biopsychosocial perspectives. I know the courage it takes to seek therapy, because I’ve done it myself & continue to do so. I bring radical genuineness and an exploratory attitude to all my work.</image:caption>

<image:title>Therapy - I get it. You feel stuck, afraid of failing, disconnected, and never good enough.</image:title>
<image:caption>Been there—& still find myself there sometimes. I specialize in supporting those navigating burnout, anxiety, bodily disconnection, trauma, stress, perfectionism, and life transitions. Many of my clients are sensitive folks, creatives, high achievers, providers and care workers.</image:caption>

<image:title>Consulting - Being a therapist is great, and often hard.</image:title>
<image:caption>You don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help it feel more sustainable, ethical, effective, and fun. I am able to help with all the parts of setting up a private practice: determining your niche, setting fees, and creating a business that feels like a joy to run. I also love supporting therapists with burnout, self care, and general strategies for doing this work for as long as they want to.</image:caption>
